Over Limit Report for 401k and Roth 401k

We implemented a Roth 401k this year with catchup, and we're seeing employees who have both regular and Roth 401ks show up on this report as being over the limit once they hit the combined limit of 20,500, even though they are eligible for catchup. Looks like the report isn't recognizing the catchup portion of the Roth. Has anyone else encountered this?
