Enhancing My Activities email feature to allow customized message

I am using Oracle Primavera Cloud (specifically, we have Progress licenses).

Within My Activities, is there a way to use the email feature in a way that actually lets a User customize the message that’s being sent? We think the ability to email an activity from Primavera would be very helpful if there is a way to customize the message before sending.
