Journals Summarizing Differently In Release 22?

I have a client is upgrading to Release 22 64Bit and they are comparing payroll journals between Production and the new 64Bit environment.

The client has a Per Diem Payment that is generated as a pay type and then there are two DBAs one that captures 100% of the per diem, the other is the offset of -100% for a net of zero. There is an AAI setup for each DBA for the liability to the same account. In the current 32 bit environment a journal entry is created for both. DBA 7995 is a credit and DBA 7996 is the Debit.

In the 64 bit environment there is no posting to the object account at all except for some random people. The DBAs are setup to post to the GL, there are no summarization rules in place, there are liability AAIs setup for DBAs 7995 and 7996.
