Please review the readme (MOS Note 2894845.1) for important information in relation to the patch.

To further assist you to conduct the data analysis pertaining to the IE Gender Pay Gap Report, a pre-configured spreadsheet template has been made available. See IE Gender Pay Gap Analysis Spreadsheet - How to Use, Doc ID 2899425.1.

The pre-requisite patch levels for support on this patch is R12.HR_PF.C.delta.15 for R12.2 branch.
