Do Oracle have an invoice certification process linked to E1?

We understand that a local requirement exists in Portugal from January 1st 2023 to apply a company seal (ie. a form of certification) to all outgoing sales invoices, as one of three available alternative options (the others are digital e-signatures). It is the one we prefer to use.

Do Oracle offer any form of such certification that can be integrated with E1 Sales Order management?
