Discrete Workstation Overcompletion functionality

I am hopeful someone can easily resolve an issue I am seeing with the Discrete Workstation.

The workstation seems like it is a great tool to quickly allow MFG to WIP Complete in one simple step even to allow Lot and expiration data entry. However it is discovered that "Overcompletion" is not directly supported in the small prompt window as seen below.

However if you go to the WIP Move Form you have the option to click the "Overcompletion" radio button.


So a process that can and would prefer to be done in 1 step from Que to Complete must now be a 2 step process requiring a Move and completion transaction. Does anyone know if this is a preference setting or something that is not turned on for the Discrete Workstation? Or is this a screw up on the programming logic from Oracle and an ER is the only option?
