Siebel Schema import in 19c

Hello Siebel Experts,

We are planning to upgrade Siebel from IP2016 to IP2022 and our Database Version is 11g which not certified with Siebel IP2022 Version.

So we are planning upgrade Database from 11g to 19c hence want to understand can we directly take export of Siebel schema from 11g database and import in 19c Database and run the Siebel IRM Process or is there any additional steps for it.
