November NI Patch > CLASS_1A_ERS_RATE Query
Hello,
I noticed that CLASS_1A_ERS_RATE is set to 0.1453 now and this is updated in the global Values as expected.
We don't use BIK Payments at this time.
However, I can see from the HMRC website that the Class 1A contributions should be for Severance payments over 30,000 also.
Copy and pasted "Class 1A National Insurance contributions are also payable on non-contractual termination payments that exceed the £30,000 threshold and are not already subject to Class 1 National Insurance contributions."
