Why is the Enterprise server not available to deploy package to?

Production enterprise server JDEENT02 is being added to the system. I am able to build a full package for the enterprise server, however, I am not able to select the server as one of the servers to deploy to (W9631E). 9.2 Tools Release 9.2.4.5 See configuration images
