I am having Global Cache congestion on my 4-node RAC cluster where we have many other instances also running.
ADDM suggests increase the LMS gcs_server_processes from 4 to higher.
Currently I have 92 cpus/46 cores on my environment.

Finding 2: Global Cache Congestion
Impact is 22.6 active sessions, 36.95% of total activity.
---------------------------------------------------------
Global Cache Service Processes (LMSn) in other instances were not processing
requests fast enough.

   Recommendation 1: Database Configuration
Estimated benefit is 22.4 active sessions, 36.95% of total activity.
   --------------------------------------------------------------------
   Action
Increase throughput of the Global Cache Service (LMSn) processes.
