Monitoring Certificate Expiry Date with Service Web Transactions

In our OEM deployment, we heavily use Beacons and Web Transactions to monitor the status of application end points. Typically, by specifying a URL and checking for a success string.

With security always a key component of monitoring, it would be really nice if, within the service feature, there could be additional monitoring for of each of these endpoints to also review and check when certificates expire. Ideally, allowing for warning and critical dates to be configured,so that they could be alerted on.

In our case, we would probably set a warning threshold of something like 60 days and a critical threshold of 14 days.
