SCHEDULER WORK BENCH of the EAM module take long time or hagnup during a consult

We work with an ORACLE EBS 12.2.4 and we are populating the EAM module, we have data but when we use the scheduler workbench to complete some consults, it takes a lot of time, maybe hang up during the consult.
