iSupplier - Supplier Onboarding Configuration not showing Attributes Page

In EBS 12.2.11,

Created Extended Supplier Profile Attributes. But Supplier Onboarding Configuration not showing Attributes Page so that those attributes can be shown in Prospective Supplier Registration.
