What is "Annual Excess Credits" in Savings Plans page?

Hello,

We have some employees whose have "annual excess credits" amounts in their savings plan page? This never happened until this year. I searched PeopleBooks and could not find any info on that.

I am hoping experts in this community can help me to under what triggers this credit and what does this credit do to employees savings plan contribution.
