I noticed there is a mandatory quick fix on top of 22.9 (Siebel CRM 22.9.0.0 2022_09 POC for bug 34640294). I could not see any ReadMe file or any details on this bug and the fix.

Anyone has any info on this or the documents to know the bug and the fix details?
