"Invalid Creditcard number or expiry date" when adding credit card for a customer

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) 9 commentsAnswered ✓

Hello,

We're on EBS 12.2.8 version. When trying to add credit card information for a customer using Customer Standard -> Payment Details -> Create Credit Card page, we're getting "Invalid Creditcard number or expiry date". Wondering what can cause this error. Any helpful insight is appreciated.
