Why Additional Information for (country) flexfield is hidden for specific country?

Hello,

I would like to ask some question, which I don't know answer for.

I'm inside Order Management authorisation, Orders/Returns -> Order Organizer.

I choose specific sales order.

When I'm in header at the bottom I can click and choose extra flexfield.

It's JG_OE_ORDER_HEADER (Regional Localizations), if I checked correctly.

The name of block, when it pops up its "Additional Information for Slovakia", because the customer uses Slovakian authorisation. Everything is ok. I can go into, update some data, go to lines, go back and it's not hidden. It's always visible.

When I do the same for Austria it's hidden and I have to add it everytime from Folder Tools -> Show field -> ( )
