How to load Item cost and Inventory balance in OPM Process Manufacturing Organization?

I'm setting up Oracle EBS R12.2.7 using OPM Process Manufacturing in order to have our CRP2. 

My question is, how I have to load the initial item cost for a purchased Items and how for a intermediates and finished goods, as well inventory balance as we are in go live scenario?

I'm assuming that I have to make miscellaneous receipt for each one of on hand quantities, but I don't sure how to I have to add item cost and value of the inventory. Should I have to make an Item Adjustment for each one? is this enough?
