How to resolve agent drifters? Do I even need to?

I've been playing around with the Gold Agent Images for a while now. I had created a gold image based off of a fully patched agent (w/ latest CPU & RU9) on Windows. That agent was then used to update other agents (also Windows). The job completed successfully, showed no errors, and the agents started up with the new home and report normally. However when I look at the agent subscriptions, nearly all agents are reporting as a drifter. Refresh configuration for the agent/agent home did not resolve.

Clicking the information icon (i) shows a number of "missing patches" and in some cases event "additional patches". Most of which I cannot find a reference for in MOS. Example of what I see:
