ol9_x86_64_userspace_ksplice appears to be missing from https://linux.oracle.com/

I see references to the "ol9_x86_64_userspace_ksplice" channel in the "Ksplice User's Guide" (https://docs.oracle.com/en/operating-systems/oracle-linux/ksplice-user/OL-KSPLICE-USER.pdf) but can't find it on "https://linux.oracle.com/" nor pull it from ULN. "ol9_x86_64_ksplice" is present and has been for a while. Is the userspace channel not available yet? If not, when is it expected?
