COBOL error after DB conversion to SQL Server

We have one custom COBOL SQL program designed from Drop PreReqs. After conversion from DB2 to MSS this program consistently fails on an insert statement for PS_ENRL_REQ_DETAIL table. Log and trace file fragment are attached.

Any help/advise are greatly appreciated.
