Need to implement Incoming inspection for parts from internal requisition in oracle quality

We are planning to enable Oracle Quality for IR Receiving Inspections.

Can anyone suggest the required setup steps? I do not see oracle seeded template for IR inspection the way we have for PO inspection. I could not see any seeded element for IR number also.

Setup steps for IR Receiving Inspections and if any existing template provided by oracle quality.
