Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Force scheduled pick date

Is there a way to have the schedule pick date to always be a set number of days less than the requested date?

The user has requested that the pick date always be set to one day prior to the requested date, regardless of any other variables.

Is this possible?
