Unable to edit a CAFE1 layout

Hi

I'm new to CAFE1 layouts and have just created my first one, which is now shared.

However, I now find that I need to edit one of the content panes, but when I select Edit Form Layout, the two icons that should appear, top left, do not. So, I am unable to edit the content.

Could you please let me know what it is that I am missing?
