Does Product Allocation take credit orders into account?
Product allocation is set up in JDE 9.2 (tools 9.2.5.2) using preference 07 Product Allocations. Adjusting quantities in the sales orders and cancelation of order lines do update the field Quantity Sold (alias QSLD) in the Product Allocation Profiles (P40307). However when an order that previously allocated the quantity from the Product Allocation is being credited using the credit memo functionality (CO, linetype C with stock) it does not update the allocated quantity. Is there a way to have credit orders included in the Product Allocations?
