How to improve the performance of DDLSync Process

Hello Team,

We are currently on Siebel IP2016 version & Database - 11g and we are experiencing the performance issue while execution of DDLsync process whenever there is an new index created in Repository its taking extra time to complete as it's not using parallelism.

On other hand when we are creating index directly on DB using DoP i.e Degree of Parallelism the index creation is taking less time.

Is there any smillair parameter available to run DDLsync in parallel mode and is there any impact on DB or any prerequisites for it ?
