We don't find srvctl setenv listener|database -t "TNS_ADMIN=..." as an option in the 19c manual. Does that mean that TNS_ADMIN variable is no longer valid? If it is no longer valid, are existing settings ignored? How can the setting be removed from the listener and database environment settings? If the command is still valid, is there a different syntax and why isn't it documented?
