multipath rr_min_io_rq hardcoded to 1 on OL7/OL8 (but not OL6)

Hi there, we're working with Dell/EMC engineers and they recommended to increase rr_min_io_rq (ie 20) in multipath.conf, but we see in the logs that the OS (or multipath round-robin driver) is changing it back to 1 with this "multipath round-robin: repeat_count > 1 is deprecated, using 1 instead" message. This was changed in v1.2.0 round-robin driver and we confirmed on our OL6 servers that has v1.0.0 that it accepts values greater than 1, wondering if there's anyway around that without downgrading back to v1.0.0 (or OL6), thanks.
