How can i recovery my oracle cloud account

i think someone stole my account...


7th september i got mail "The Password for Your Domain Default in jeremroxx Account Has Been Updated Successfully"

and few seconds later "Your domain Default Email in jeremroxx Has Been Updated" 

when i tried to reset my password, i didn't get an email about it

pls help
