Receipt reverse on same date

one of user wants to reverse receipt which made on oct-22 & clear from CM but system does not reverse the receipt due to given notice about you will not to do this because system action already performed so is this any workaround for this available for system.

we want to reverse receipt on same date like GL date will be oct-22 .
