when employees tried to open the Goals page the error "HRG-3120166" popped up

in Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC) Question

I do not see any of employees Goals under pending approval status but when i look the page as an administrator - the Goals page is luck for Approval. I deleted Goals to see if that can fix the issue but when employee opens the page the same error massage popped up again. maybe i need to run delete statement to completely delete individual goals records for the employees
