Rounding Differences Tracking Account'

Hello

Currently on R12.2 and cant create accounting because there is no combination under 'Rounding Differences Tracking Account'. SR solution requested i enter an account combination .

Challenge is that there has never been a Rounding Differences Tracking Account' since implementation.

Is there an alternative and what is the effect of doing this
