After upgrade to 12.2.10 the requisition approval email is not sent

Hi,


Customer upgraded to 12.2.10 recently and noticed that specifically the Requisition Approval Email is not sent towards the approver. Other mails (PO, Alerts, WF Test mail) are sent and received. The approval request is visible in the approvers worklist in EBS but approver doesnt receive the email.

-Test mails are received

-email adresses are valid

-the notification itself is visible in Oracle and can be replied upon

-iProc preferences are set to receive HTML with attachments emails.

-WF_NOTIFICATIONS table shows MAIL_STATUS is not SEND

Any ideas?
