Generic Templates - CC Functionality

Hello,

Does anyone know exactly how to use the %NotificationCCList for a Generic Template? Quick background: When an employee terminates via Manager Self Service, we want an acknowledgement sent back to the requester that the update was successful, but we also need to alert Security and IT so they can begin to process their end of things, although they are not approvers. We could potentially use a Userlist, but we don't want these notifications to go to roles or individuals, we want them to go to the Security, etc. inboxes.

The instructions on the generic template page say:

"Type names or email addresses in the To, CC, or BCC fields, using a semi-colon as a separator.
