Using TTS/RMAN for endian file conversion multiple times

I am in the process of running our first solaris to linux platform change for EBS 12.2.5 on 19.16. The scripts all show a source and destination location, but I have multiple source and destination locations. Can I run the rman conversion multiple times in order to put the files in the desired, already configured, locations?
