Oracle Fusion - SOC1 and SOC2 reports

Are the latest Oracle Fusion (ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning) SOC1 and SOC2 reports (and any related Bridge Letters) available for download? If so, how do we navigate to them? I thought we used Cloud Classic and navigated to Identity Cloud>Documents but there are no documents available there for review or download whether I put "All" for document type or SOC-1 or SOC-2.

When I choose Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and navigate to Documents, all of the EPM SOC docs are there for download.

Any information you can provide is appreciated.
