Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Install Base and Asset Tracking - EBS (MOSC)

Contract data didn't fetch in IB>'Contract Tab' case of SO# with Subscription(Tangible)+Service item

Background:

we have created the sales order with Subscription (Tangible) + Service item
Contract# gets created
IB Instance also get created automatically

Problem Statement:

When we search in IB>Contract tab we could not populate the contract details in the 'Contract Tab'

Hence, we wanted to know whether this is intended functionality, or we might miss something which could lead not populating the details

Additional Info: IB>Contract Tab shows the contract details in case of sales order consist of Subscription (Non-Shippable) + Service item
