Need to know what is the significance of the path /u01/Oracle/config/domains/$DomainName/fileftp

We find many project folders using FTP adapter in the following path on the server

Path is /u01/Oracle/config/domains/$DomainName/fileftp

Need to know the significance of this path and also where is this path set or configured.

Request if anyone can help us understand this.

Environment details are:

operating system - Oracle Linux 7 x86-64 is OS

product Weblogic is 12.2.1.4

product version 12.2.1.0
