Can't update request other Siebel Server got it & Unable able to obtain SCITaskState: SRProc Logs
Recently, we ran into an issue - wherein the below messages are evident in SRProc Logs:
The issue we are facing is, for a particular hour at night, huge S_SRM_REQUEST jobs are going to 'QUEUED' state. That is, the count in S_SRM_REQUEST table with 'QUEUED' status is abnormal.
But, after this particular hour, processing is fine, ie. the count comes back to normal state.
Any idea what the below messages in SRProc really mean? We are not able to find any relevant info in Oracle support for these messages:
