Hi Experts,

Good Day!

We are trying to tokenize the payments done in our Siebel 19.9 systems. Below is the usecase.

We need to implement a iFrame in Siebel Call Center UI to get the Credit Cards Tokens.

1. User Navigates to a designated View in Siebel where iFrame is implemented.

2. User enters Credit card Number, Expiry details and clicks on Go.

3. The iFrame responds back with a Token.

4. Now siebel has to read this Token and search in our Siebel DB and get corresponding payments for the Credit Card Token.

ISSUE:

We are unable to get/read/store the token received in step 3 in siebel.
