Simple question: what are acceptable and good values for the "kernel" parameter in Solaris' TOP tool ?

Non surprisingly, we're running Oracle databases (19c) on these machines.

I have little comparison for these, I just have a series of servers here, and they provide different kinds of feedback. Ranging from very low to higher values (in percent). The values are not always high, but it's always the same server going to the same top values, and the other other never or almost never go there.
