ORA-00001 unique constraint (.) violated

Hi All

Kindly, I have a package with a select statement on a table from another DB using a DB link, most of the time the package is working fine, but in a few cases I am getting an error (ORA-00001 unique constraint (.) violated) in the select statement,

There is no DB trigger on the target table

• My DB is: 11.2.0.4.0
• Target DB which owns that table is: 11.2.0.4.0

In the trace file, I can see only this error and there is no ORA-00001 unique constraint (.) violated error in the trace file
