Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I try to change status of validity rule of recipe to approved for general used but this message appears

The Process loss value has not be defined

although I enabled Process Execution in master item.
