Revenue Recognition in Grants Module with expenditure dates in future periods

in EBS on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (MOSC) Question

We ran cost-based revenue recognition in the Projects-Grants module and noticed that some of the costs we anticipated to see in that period were not pulling. It looks as though these costs have expenditure dates that are in future periods.

Has anyone else come across this and is there a way to correct those expenditure periods?
