ahfctl/tfactl commands not working IBM AIX 64-bit machine

in AHF - Autonomous Health Framework (TFA - ORACHK) (MOSC) Question

Hello,

i downloaded and installed the AHF package lest version SEP-2022 on our IBM AIX machine 64-bit running v7. The installation did not start the service automatically and when trying to start manually i get the following message.

Downloaded/Installed zip file information for reference:

-rw-r--r--  1 oowner  suscot  396380669 Oct 18 10:37 /o/oraahf/AHF-AIX-PPC64_v22.2.4.zip

/o/oraahf/oracle.ahf/tfa/bin/tfactl status

TFA-00002 Oracle Trace File Analyzer (TFA) is not running

When trying to start it does not give any error but it did not start the service

Starting TFA..

Waiting up to 100 seconds for TFA to be started..
