EBS R12.2.11 compatibility with Accessgate and OAM webgate

in Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC) Question

We are in our planning phase of EBS Upgrade from R12.1.3 to R12.2.10 or 12.2.11. However our current EBS R12.1.3 is integrated with OAM/OID 11gr1(11.1.1.5) and other applications.

In our current setup, we have :

a. Installed Apache 2.4 along with webgate plugin(10.1.4.3) on the web server

b. Installed Weblogic & deployed Accessgate on Weblogic

Here are my 2 questions -

Q1. When we upgrade EBS from R12.1.3 to R12.2, please confirm we likely don't need to separately install OHS and Weblogic for Webgate and Accessgate. Webgate will be deployed on top of R12.2 OHS 11g home, while Accessgate is deployed as a separate managed server (oaea_server1 ) on top of R12.2 weblogic.
