How do we get the current template reports, with the XML tags already in them?

We are working through the process of updating some of the custom templates in the Oracle Primavera Unifier tool, because they are listed as 'Deprecated Features'. For this process, I need to be able to get the existing xml reports with the field tags in them to update some tags, change some broken design layout elements, then reupload as the revised template.

The current SOP documentation we have lets us download a 'blank' version of the template with 'x' marks instead of tags, or a filled out version that has the fields already populated with actual data. We need to be able to get the current version of the template just with the xml tags to update.
