ERROR OGG-00664 OCI Error Flushing database inbound server

I get the following error on my replicat version 12.1.2.1.0

Database version: 12.1.0.2

Windows server 2012 R2

ERROR  OGG-00664 OCI Error Flushing database inbound server, 'OGG$<replicatGroupName>' (status = 26815-ORA-26815: Error from Apply Network Receiver for Apply "OGG$<replicatGroupName>" and Capture "replicat".

ORA-01843: not a valid month)

Could anyone help?
