Unifier - DocuSign Integration: Failed Go-Live Review due to Polling Violation

We have successfully tested Unifier-DocuSign integration on Stage several times and would like to go live in Production. As stipulated by DocuSign, we must first submit our tests result for review by DocuSign. We finally received the review result, which was a failed one. The reason for the failed review was "Polling violation".

DocuSign documentations show that the polling violation occurs when the app requesting status for an envelope multiple times within the interval of 15 mins.

The documentations suggest that the app should be designed to poll the envelope status every 20 mins, instead of 15 mins. I believe the app mentioned here is Unifier, which we unlikely to have the control over the polling interval.
