Benefits Administrator BAS Group ID

Hello,

We have been using Ben Admin for years without assigning the BAS Group ID to employees. I want to start using BAS Group ID but not sure what is the best approach to populate this ID in Job Data. Following are some approaches I am considering:

1. Insert new effective date row
2. Update the most current job data row
3. Update all job data rows since Ben Admin Start Date

I appreciate any input and recommendations.
